Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Repair Collection Policy – Terms and Conditions

Notification of Completion
Upon completion of repair services, the customer will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of booking. -
Collection Period
Customers are required to collect their repaired bicycles within 30 calendar days of notification of completion. -
Storage Charges
If a bicycle is not collected within this 30-day period, a storage fee of £20 per week (or part thereof) will be charged from the 31st day onward until the date of collection. -
Abandonment and Disposal
If a bicycle remains uncollected 90 days after the initial notification of completion, it will be deemed abandoned. Claudy Cycles reserves the right to recycle, sell, or otherwise dispose of the bicycle in order to recover the cost of repairs and accrued storage charges. -
Limitation of Liability
The bicycle shop accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to uncollected bicycles after the initial 30-day collection window. -
Costumer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are accurate and up to date. Failure to receive or respond to the notification does not exempt the customer from these terms.
Christmas Club / Layaway Policy
- Deposit Required: A minimum deposit of £20 is required to reserve items.
- Cooling-Off Period: Deposits are fully refundable for 14 days.

£20 or 20% of the deposit (whichever is higher) is non-refundable to cover admin, storage, and stock holding.
